Samsung Galaxy S8 and IPhone 7 plus Which Is Better



It is no longer hidden that this two giant companies (Samsung and iPhone) are constantly in competition trying hard to be the best. Even though other smartphone companies are also involved, the rivalry between Apple and Samsung Is in no doubt a topic of discussion. Samsung and apple
both produce awesome smartphones and other product, they are both good in what they do.


Iphone 7 Plus


On February 8, 2012, Apple filed suit against Samsung which was about patents right violation, however, Samsung also filed counterclaims against apple. Apple claimed Samsung has copied their innovative designs, technology, products, and features, and has overloaded the market with copied products in an effort to share the market with them.
In 2017, Samsung and Apple released some products (smartphones), however, we want to compare iPhone 7 and Samsung Galaxy S8. Which is better? We know very well that people buy products based on their taste. Someone might buy a smartphone due to its large battery capacity while another based on its good graphics rendering. In our comparison, we will consider all aspects.
Every product has its own lapses, so, in this article, we will deal mainly with the comparison between the two phones. We can’t really say which is better we leave you with that decision, however, this article will help you decide.

iPhone 7 plus has a dimension of 158.2 x 77.9 x 7.3 mm (6.23 x 3.07 x 0.29 in) which is a little larger than Samsung Galaxy S8 which has 148.9 x 68.1 x 8 mm (5.86 x 2.68 x 0.31 in) dimension. The Samsung Galaxy S8 has a slick nature as it has curved screen edges making it comfortable when in use with one hand. iPhone 7 plus is bigger dimensionally, however, it is still comfortable to hold even though its edges are not curved as that of Galaxy S8.
Iphone7 plus weights 188g while Samsung Galaxy S8 155g making iPhone 7 plus heavier with about 33g, however, the weight might not be a problem for most people as the performance is the most important.
Camera Capacity
In purchasing a mobile phone, camera capacity is one factor to never forget. iPhone 7 plus has double rear cameras with 12mp capacity each, such a capacity is awesome for taking a snapshot. Samsung galaxy s8 has only a single rear camera with the same capacity as one rear camera of iPhone 7 plus. The 12 MP camera of Samsung will still be good for snapshots however, the double cameras of iPhone 7 plus will definitely provide you with more fun.
7mp camera capacity is allocated for the iPhone 7 plus secondary/front camera which is cool for taking a selfie, however, Samsung galaxy s8 has installed an 8mp camera which will, of course, provide you with better experience even though the pixel difference is small.
OS and Hardware
Samsung galaxy s8 uses Android 7.0 (nougat) while iPhone 7 plus uses iOS 10.0.1. iPhone 7plus has installed a quadcore processor with speed of 2.34GHz and apple A10 Fusion making it even faster than some personal computers while Samsung galaxy s8 uses a Snapdragon 835 chipset the very best from QUALCOMM with a speed of 2.3GHz and an octa-core processor.

Battery and power

Large battery capacity is essential for mobile devices. iPhone 7 plus has a battery capacity of 2900mAh while Samsung galaxy s8 has 3000mAh just 100mAh above iPhone 7 plus. Even though their battery capacity is low as compared to other products and customers expectation, however, Samsung will definitely last a little longer than iPhone 7 plus.
